Description:
This is a granite ware bowl with a cylinder shape. I believe it to be an insert of some kind, for a pail or lunch bucket, however I was not able to find confirmation. The item does not have a handle or spout. It is a mottled dark and lighter gray both inside and out. It holds 50 ounces of water filled to the rim. While the exact age of this vintage kitchen collectible is unknown, it was taken from a clean out where many items were wrapped in newspaper dating 1969. I believe this to be a vintage piece of enamelware and it would make a nice addition to your vintage kitchen collectibles display.
Size:
4 1/4 inch high, 5 3/4 inch diameter
Condition:
There is rusting and some chipping to the enamel. There are no large dents, the rim is not out of shape.
